Brief Introduction of Department

The Casualty Department is the face of the hospital and its main pillar. It provides 24 hours services for all emergency cases which include any acute illness and cases which patients and their relatives consider to be attended urgently. The casualty is 10 bedded with additional arrangement for Disaster beds and is equipped with all the necessary instruments and emergency drugs.

 

The Triage Area allows the patients to be assessed and be divided into three categories:

 Green to cater to non-serious patients.

Yellow treats the moderately sick.

 Red handles critically ill patients.

 

Emergency Laboratory and Radiological investigations are done as per requirement. On call specialists are available for all specialties round the clock to attend patients in Casualty.

The hospital has Ambulances with trained manpower for transport of critically ill patients.

  • 1. Login into CPGRAM
  • 2. In section "Grievance Detail" select "Others/Not Listed/Not Known"
  • 3. In the "Ministry/Department" Drop Down Select ESIC
  • 4. In "Subordinate Department/Office" select the Regional Office
  • 5. Provide details of the complaint
